Common Investor Questions

What is the minimum investment?

Baraca Co-Ownership starts from €50,000. The exact minimum per asset depends on the total capitalisation of that property and the share structure applied.

How are returns distributed?

Rental income is distributed quarterly after deduction of management and operational costs. Your distribution is proportionate to your ownership share. Full cost transparency is provided on every distribution statement.

How is my ownership documented?

Your ownership share is established through a notary-managed co-ownership agreement. All co-ownership is legally structured and formally documented.

Can I invest in more than one asset?

Yes. Many Baraca co-owners spread their capital across multiple assets and markets. Your Baraca advisor can help you identify a portfolio allocation that matches your objectives.

Can I exit my co-ownership position?

Co-ownership shares can be transferred or sold, subject to the terms of your agreement. Baraca provides exit guidance as part of the investor relationship.
