‍Three days of great conversations in Den Bosch

Thank you to everyone who visited Baraca Capital at the Second Home Beurs in Den Bosch.

From 18–20 September, our team welcomed visitors to stand 6-114 at the Brabanthallen for three days of conversations about Tampah Beach Villas, South Lombok, and investing in one of Indonesia’s most exciting emerging destinations.

It was especially valuable to meet so many investors, potential partners and property buyers face to face, hear what they are looking for, and answer their questions directly.

South Lombok is firmly on the radar

One thing became clear over the course of the weekend: South Lombok is attracting serious interest.

Many visitors arrived at our stand with specific questions about property ownership, potential returns, property management and the development of the region. Some had already been researching Lombok before the fair and came specifically to learn more about the opportunities there.

For us, those conversations were one of the highlights of the event.

They showed that buyers are looking beyond a traditional second home. They want a property they can enjoy themselves while also understanding its long-term investment potential.

That is exactly the conversation we enjoy having at Baraca: not simply about buying property, but about understanding the location, the opportunity and what ownership looks like in practice.
