Investors, partners and the Baraca team gathered on the Dutch coast to celebrate the next chapter of our flagship development in South Lombok.

On Sunday 13 September 2026, we officially launched Tampah Beach Villas at Beachclub Bloomingdale in Overveen.

With the sea as a backdrop, investors, partners and the Baraca team came together to celebrate an important milestone for the project and to look ahead at what is still to come.

For us, it was more than a launch. It was a chance to bring together the people who believe in Tampah Beach Villas and share the story, ambition and community taking shape around it.

Bringing the vision to life

Tampah Beach Villas began with a simple but ambitious idea: to create an exceptional beachfront development in one of South Lombok's most beautiful coastal locations. During the event, we shared the story behind the project, the thinking that has shaped it from the start and our vision for the next phase.

Our guests

Guests heard from Nikki Koppedraaijer, founder of BNBverhuurcursus, on why Lombok today feels like Bali twenty years ago, and from international tax specialist Ramin Nourzad of Ambition Valley on how to structure an investment in Bali and Lombok the smart way.

Tanya Armstrong, CEO of Classroom of Hope, also shared a warm message about Baraca's partnership to build safer schools in Lombok.

A growing network of investors

Some of the most meaningful moments happened between the presentations. Many investors told us how much they valued meeting fellow investors in person, sharing their stories and simply spending time together. That feedback means a lot to us. Investing internationally is about more than property. It is about trust, relationships and having the right people around you, and the connections made in Overveen are a big part of what makes this community special.

An evening by the sea

As the afternoon turned to evening, the atmosphere shifted from presentations to a relaxed beachside dinner, with good food, wine and conversations that carried on well into the night. It was a fitting way to celebrate how far Tampah Beach Villas has come and the community growing around it.

About Tampah Beach Villas

Tampah Beach Villas is Baraca Capital's flagship development in South Lombok, Indonesia: 80 beachfront villas on a private bay, combining contemporary tropical living with direct access to Lombok's southern coastline.

The development is released in phases and designed for buyers who want to combine ownership, personal use and rental potential in one property. Planned completion is Q2 2028.

What's next for our investors

Inspired by the response to this event, Baraca is building a roadmap of new moments for our investors to come together, with more networking events and gatherings like this one. Details will be shared soon.
