In October, Baraca Capital’s international team gathered in Dubai for a week of collaboration, learning, and strategic alignment.
Colleagues from Sweden, Poland, the Netherlands, Iraq, Indonesia, and Dubai came together to connect across borders, reinforcing Baraca’s mission to grow as one global team with one shared vision.
A Week of Collaboration and Discovery
The program combined business focus with authentic connection.
The team visited leading developers including Sobha Realty, Beyond Developments, Arada, and Ellington, gaining direct insight into ongoing and upcoming projects that are shaping Dubai’s skyline. These in-depth sessions offered valuable perspectives on market trends, project development, and future partnerships aligned with Baraca’s global direction.
Beyond meetings, the team explored strategic districts across the city, from Downtown and Business Bay to Dubai Hills, JVC, and Dubai Marina, deepening their understanding of both residential and commercial growth areas.
Site visits included Dubai Canal, the Burj Khalifa Viewpoint, Marsa Al Arab, the Burj Al Arab, Dubai Marina, and Palm Jumeirah, providing a tangible sense of Dubai’s scale and ambition.
Each day balanced purposeful work with cultural discovery, culminating in shared dinners, reflections, and a renewed commitment to Baraca’s mission of global investment excellence.
