Building Safer Schools in Lombok: Baraca Capital Partners with Classroom of Hope
A Partnership for Lombok’s Future
Baraca Capital has partnered with Classroom of Hope to help build safer, more resilient schools across Lombok, marking the beginning of a long-term collaboration focused on supporting local communities.
The partnership begins with SMPN Satap 3 Pringgabaya in East Lombok, where improved classrooms and facilities will help create a safer learning environment for students.
For Baraca, the collaboration reflects a broader commitment to the communities in the regions where we operate. As our presence in Lombok continues to grow, so does our responsibility to contribute to its long-term development.

About Classroom of Hope
Classroom of Hope is an Australian-registered charity founded in 2012 with a mission to improve access to quality education while helping address plastic waste.
Through its Block Schools program, the organization builds resilient classrooms using building blocks made from upcycled plastic. Each classroom constructed helps remove approximately one to two tonnes of plastic waste from the environment while creating a durable and safer place for children to learn.
Working alongside local partners and communities, Classroom of Hope has helped build schools and improve access to education for children across Southeast Asia. The organization also publishes project reports and financial information as part of its commitment to transparency and accountability.

Investing in Lombok Means Investing in Its Communities
Baraca’s vision for Lombok goes beyond property and investment.
We believe the region’s long-term growth should create value not only for investors, but also for the people and communities who call Lombok home.
Our partnership with Classroom of Hope is one way we are putting that belief into practice. As Lombok continues to grow as a destination for investment and tourism, we also want to support initiatives that contribute to the communities around us.
Education is an important part of that. Safe, well-built classrooms give children a better environment to learn, grow, and create opportunities for their future.
This partnership is only the beginning.
As Baraca continues to grow in Lombok, we hope to support more initiatives that make a meaningful and lasting contribution to the island and its communities.
